ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential and commercial properties.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct marketing, networking, and referrals.

  • Meet and engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and present suitable property options.

  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and follow-ups to drive conversions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, and documentation related to property transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional sales experience.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends is an advantage.
